Raffi

Ring-tailed lemur, Lemur catta

Male (vasectomized)

Born: ~April 2016

Arrival: 31 Oct 2018

Raffi was confiscated by wildlife officials when they discovered that the pet owner was allowing him to be attacked by cage-mates. His spine is permanently fused on a curved shape from being grabbed and shaken by a dog as an infant. Despite his spinal condition, Raffi gets around well and has a big personality. He now lives in peace with two other lemurs at the Prosimian Sanctuary.

Raffi's 2019 care expenses are 50% covered by his generous sponsors from the Waddle Family.
